The Czech Speleological Society, with its registered office at Na Březince 14, 150 00 Prague 5, ID No.: 00103811, processes the following personal data within the scope of its activities within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"):

The name and surname, home address, telephone number and e-mail address will be processed for the purpose of identifying the parties and the performance of the contract, as well as for the purpose of recording the contract and the future possible exercise and defence of the rights and obligations of the parties. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the Regulation.
The controller declares that all personal data is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
Commercial communications will be sent to your email address by the Controller, as this procedure is allowed by Article 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Information Society Services, unless you refuse it. These communications may only relate to similar goods or services and can be opted out of at any time by a simple method - by sending a letter, email or by clicking on a link in the commercial communication. For this purpose, the email address will be stored by the Administrator for a period of 3 years from the conclusion of the last purchase contract between the parties.

Request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing,
Request that we erase this personal data,
To data portability and the right to request a copy of the personal data processed,

Česká speleologická společnost, se sídlem Na Březince 14, 150 00 Praha 5, IČ: 00103811, zpracovává v rámci svojí činnosti ve smyslu nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 2016/679 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů) (dále jen „Nařízení“), následující osobní údaje:

Jméno a příjmení, adresa bydliště, telefonní číslo a e-mailová adresa budou zpracovány za účelem identifikace smluvních stran a plnění ze smlouvy a dále za účelem evidence smlouvy a budoucího případného uplatnění a obrany práv a povinností smluvních stran. Takové zpracování umožňuje článek 6 odst. 1 písm. b) a f) nařízení.
Správce prohlašuje, že veškeré osobní údaje jsou důvěrné a nebudou poskytnuty žádné třetí osobě.
Na emailovou adresu vám budou Správcem zasílána obchodní sdělení, neboť tento postup umožňuje § 7 odst. 3 zákona č.480/2004 Sb., o službách informační společnosti, pokud jej neodmítnete. Tato sdělení se mohou týkat pouze obdobného zboží či služeb a lze je kdykoliv jednoduchým způsobem – zasláním dopisu, emailu nebo proklikem na odkaz v obchodním sdělení – odhlásit. Emailová adresa bude za tímto účelem Správcem uchovávána po dobu 3 let od uzavření poslední kupní smlouvy mezi smluvními stranami.
Vezměte, prosíme, na vědomí, že podle Nařízení máte právo:
Požadovat po nás informaci, jaké vaše osobní údaje zpracováváme,
Vyžádat si u nás přístup k těmto údajům a tyto nechat aktualizovat nebo opravit, popřípadě požadovat omezení zpracování,
Požadovat po nás výmaz těchto osobních údajů,
Na přenositelnost údajů a právo požadovat kopii zpracovávaných osobních údajů,
Podat stížnost u Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů,
Právo vznést námitku proti zpracování na základě oprávněného zájmu Správce
